Abstract:
A novel stew pot, comprising a cooker assembly (1) and a stew pot assembly (2). An electric heating assembly is provided in the cooker assembly (1), and a heating cavity (3) that facilitates the installation of the stew pot assembly (2) in a matching manner is formed at the upper end of the cooker assembly (1). The stew pot assembly (2) comprises an air guide sleeve member; a heat guide channel (4) is formed in the middle of the air guide sleeve member; and a stew pot is provided in the heat guide channel (4). By providing, at the upper end of the cooker assembly (1), the air guide sleeve member connected to the heating cavity (3) in a matching manner, and forming, in the middle of the air guide sleeve member, the heat guide channel (4) that facilitates the placement of the stew pot, after water in the heating cavity (3) is heated by the heating assembly, the generated hot air is guided to the stew pot in a targeted manner by means of the air guide sleeve member, thereby preventing the stew pot from bubbling over; in addition, when an outer cover of the stew pot is opened, a cold and hot pressure difference can be effectively avoided, thereby ensuring the quality and taste of food in the stew pot.
