Abstract:
Disclosed is a device, relating to the technical field of tea-processing apparatuses, and specifically relating to a novel stir-frying tea device. The major problem to be solved is that continuous stirring is required during the process of stir-frying tea and even slightly improper operation has an impact on the tea taste. A rail (12) is provided on a stand column (1), a pulley (13) is provided on the rail (12), an electric heater (19) is arranged on one side of the stand column (1), the electric heater (19) is connected to the pulley (13) by means of a connecting rod (17), a driver (6) is arranged inside the stand column (1), the driver (6) is connected to the pulley (13), a cross bar (2) is arranged on one side of an upper end of the stand column (1), an electric motor (3) is arranged on the cross bar (2), a turnplate (5) is arranged on a lower end of the cross bar (2), the electric motor (3) is connected to the turnplate (5) by means of a rotating shaft (4), a vertical bar (8) is provided on the turnplate (5), and a rolling-ball (9) is arranged on the lower end of the vertical bar (8); a fixing rod (10) is arranged on one side of the stand column (1), the fixing rod (10) is arranged between the cross bar (2) and the connecting rod (17), a receiving ring (11) is provided on the fixing rod (10), a pot body (20) is provided on the receiving ring (11), and the rolling-ball (9) is in contact with an inner wall of the pot body (20). The rolling-ball (9) can be driven, by the turnplate (5), to roll and stir-fry the tea leaves in the pot body (20) for improving the tea taste.
