Abstract:
Provided is a novel structure encoder, comprising a rotating shaft, a shaft sleeve, a locating seat, a locating shell, a clip ring, a rotary table, a stop plate, an electrical brush and an electrical brush casing. Locating slots of the shaft sleeve which are uniformly distributed and a stop point which is close to the side surface of the shaft sleeve are arranged in the shaft sleeve; the stop plate is provided with a stop block; and the locating seat is in the shape of a column which can be embedded into the locating shell, the outer surface of the locating shell is tightly attached to the locating slots of the shaft sleeve in the inner surface of the shaft sleeve, the outer edge of the locating seat which is perpendicular to the direction of the rotating shaft is provided with two notches which are arranged oppositely and contain locating columns, and the centre of the locating seat is a through hole into which the rotating shaft can be inserted. The present invention uses the locating columns of which the locations can be changed, thereby being used in a high-temperature welding environment of reflow soldering; the stop plate is made of stainless steel, and the stop plate has high hardness and is not easy to deform, thereby improving the stop bearing capability and prolonging the service life thereof; and the electrical brush is plastic-coated in the electrical brush casing, so that a movable arm of the electrical brush may not loosen in a high-temperature environment, and the contact with the rotary table is more stable
