Abstract:
The present invention discloses a novel structure of an ETFE material film for use in the textile industry, in the technical field of textiles. The structure comprises a fabric base (3), wherein the upper surface of the fabric base (3) is coated with an outer coating material layer (2). The upper surface of the outer coating material layer (2) is applied with an outer surface treatment layer (1). The lower surface of the fabric base (3) is coated with an inner surface treatment layer (4). The lower surface of the inner surface treatment layer (4) is applied with an inner coating material layer (5). A plurality of hollow tubes (8) are inserted in the fabric base (3) and are uniformly distributed in the fabric base (3). Both ends of the hollow tubes (8) are fixedly connected to connecting blocks (7). The connecting blocks (7) are connected to one another sequentially through fiber threads (6) in an S-shaped manner. The fiber threads (6) are respectively embedded in the outer coating material layer (2) and the inner coating material layer (5). The hollow tubes (8) have a hollow structure and are filled with mixed balls including hard position-limiting balls (9) and soft position-limiting balls (10). The present invention improves a protective effect of the novel structure of ETFE material film, reducing the likelihood of damage thereto.
