Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel sweetener that is low on the glycemic index. A sweetener of the present invention is technically characterized by including low sucrose so as to be low in calories and be low on the glycemic index but have excellent sweetness. Particularly, a sweetener complex of the present invention is technically characterized in that the types and concentrations of compounds based on saccharide, instead of sucrose, high intensity sweetener sucralose, or natural high-intensity sweeteners are optimally mixed, thereby improving sweetness and maximizing other different tastes at the same time.
