A temperature measurement thermocouple for a steam turbine set, which comprises a temperature measurement mechanism (100), said mechanism comprising a protection tube (101), an armored thermocouple wire (102), a sealing member (103) on the armored thermocouple wire (102); and a fixing mechanism (200), said mechanism comprising a hollow fixing box (201) having an opening oriented upwards, a sealing block (202) at an opening of an upper end of the hollow fixing box (201), a hollow tube (203) in communication with the hollow fixing box (201), an expansion assembly (204) matching with the hollow tube (203), a compression assembly (205) cooperating with the expansion assembly (204), and an accommodating box (206) encasing the expansion assembly (204) and the compression assembly (205); and one end of the armored thermocouple wire (102) and the sealing member (103) are arranged in the hollow fixing box (201). The stability and sealing performance during use of the temperature measurement mechanism (100) are further improved by means of the expansion assembly (204) and the compression assembly (205) in the fixing mechanism.
