Abstract:
Disclosed is a hot-melting system for three-dimensional forming, comprising an inductive heating system, an electric arc heating system, an agitation system, a cooling system, an ultrasonic generator (16), a forming head (1) and a material supply motor (15). The metal materials are heated by both an electric induction heating method and an electric arc heating method, forming a liquid, and a liquid metal pool is stirred while heating, so that the metal on a work face can be fully connected with the metal on the last layer and formed. The crystallization of internal metals in the formed parts is controlled by ultrasonic vibration and cooling speed control.
