Abstract:
Disclosed is a novel three-dimensional wound core pull plate structure for a transformer, comprising a three-dimensional wound core formed of three rectangular single frames spliced together, wherein the three-dimensional wound core comprises three core posts and an upper yoke and a lower yoke, an upper frame surrounding the upper yoke is arranged at the top of the three-dimensional wound core, a lower frame surrounding the lower yoke is arranged at the bottom of the three-dimensional wound core, the core posts are provided with parallel longitudinal cross sections opposite inner side faces of the upper frame and the lower frame, a pull plate is arranged on the plane of the longitudinal cross sections, and the pull plate is connected to the upper frame and the lower frame. Since the pull plate is arranged in the circle of the core cross section, an isolation distance between windings, leads and the pull plate does not need to be considered, reducing the overall size of the transformer, optimising the structure, and reducing costs.
