Abstract:
A novel ultrasonic thread pair. A nut body (1) or a screw (3) is made of a piezoelectric material, or a magnetostrictive material, or other materials that can produce high-frequency vibration. During work, the nut body or the screw can directly radially vibrate at a high frequency. According to the thread pair, friction between contact surfaces can be reduced, the transmission accuracy can be improved, the service life can be prolonged, and the using costs can be reduced.
