Abstract:
A novel underslung movable formwork rolling wagon traversing mechanism. When a movable formwork rolling wagon moves longitudinally, a traversing frame box girder is driven to move on a bracket. Because the traversing frame box girder and the lower end of the movable formwork rolling wagon are basically located in a same operating plane, torque can be ignored and friction is small, so that a hydraulic cylinder with less pressure can be used for equal load bearing, thereby reducing energy waste. After the movable formwork rolling wagon moves in place, an oil cylinder drives the traversing frame box girder to move until through holes are coaxial with corresponding pinholes on the bracket, in which case the traversing frame box girder can be locked and the movable formwork rolling wagon is in a deadlock position by inserting locking pins into the through holes and the pinholes. The locking is convenient, safe and reliable; the traversing frame box girder is integrally designed and operates integrally and synchronously in a traversing process, so that the operating synchronicity is improved, automatic deviation rectification to a certain degree is guaranteed, the clamping stagnation probability is reduced, and the engineering efficiency is improved.
