Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel urea-based or carbamate-based P2X7 receptor antagonist compound. The novel urea-based or carbamate-based P2X7 receptor antagonist compound according to the present invention can effectively inhibit the activity of P2X7R, and it is expected that major depressive disorder can be ultimately prevented or treated using a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound.
