Abstract:
Provided is a novel use for a plasminogen activator-1 inhibitor (PAI-1 inhibitor), wherein the PAI-1 inhibitor is used as an active ingredient of a cancer stem cell regulator, an anti-tumour activity-enhancing agent for an anti-tumour agent, a chemotherapeutic agent for tumours, a stem cell protective drug, or a haematopoietic disorder-improving agent, on the basis of the stem cell activation activity of the PAI-1 inhibitor.
