Abstract:
A novel vehicle head swing mechanism, comprising: a spindle (1), i.e., a center positioning piece for realizing vehicle head swing by means of hard connection with a rear vehicle body in a whole vehicle, and a swing housing (2), i.e., a swing carrier for vehicle head swing by means of soft connection with the vehicle head in the whole vehicle; the swing housing (2) is sealedly and rotatably connected to the spindle (1), and the swing housing (2) swings around the spindle (1) in a reciprocating manner by taking the spindle (1) as the center; the interior of the swing housing (2) is provided with a swing locking mechanism (3) for swinging the vehicle head in a driving state and locking the vehicle head in a parking state; a swing limiting structure (4) for limiting the swing range of the vehicle head is provided on the swing housing (2) to be matched with the swing locking mechanism (3). In the process of driving or in-place steering, the vehicle head of the vehicle head swing mechanism can swing and tilt while steering, and the vehicle head swing angle can reach ±18° at present, thereby realizing the purpose of assisting steering of the vehicle head, reducing the steering radius of the vehicle head, improving the swing performance and the driving safety of the vehicle head, and enhancing the driving comfort.
