Abstract:
Provided is a compound that functions as a selective vitamin D receptor modulator and has effect selectivity or tissue selectivity that induces other effects, without inducing hypercalcemia. The compound indicated by formula (I), a solvate of same, or a prodrug thereof. (In the formula, m and n are each independently 1 or 0, R is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, Y is an ethane-1, 1-diyl group or an ethyne-1, 2-diyl group, Z1 is a hydrogen atom, Z2 is a hydroxyalkoxy group, or both Z1 and Z2 jointly form a methylene group.)
