The invention relates to medicine and can be used for carrying out a bio-energetic therapy for curing various diseases with and without medicated preparations, thereby potentiating the action thereof. The inventive Novitsky method for systematic bio-energetic therapy consists in diagnosing the state of a patient organism and in carrying out a therapy by exposing the brain of said patient to a local electromagnetic field which is proper for the place at the moment when the therapy is carried out and focused by means of a reflecting-focusing screen which is fixed in a position ensuring optimality of the action parameters. The patient's head is arranged in the area of the screen focus and a permanent control of the patient state is carried out during said therapeutic action. The novelty of said invention lies in that the therapy is carried out by acting on the patient's brain by a focused reflected magnetic field of the Earth associated with the electromagnetic field of the patient, the focusing axis of the screen being oriented towards the Earth and the patient's body being arranged in the projection area of the screen aperture along the focusing axis.
