A nozzle assembly (100) comprises: a nozzle (1) and a cooling jacket (2) coated on the periphery of the nozzle (1), wherein said cooling jacket (2) comprises a cooling seat (3) and an end shield (4) provided on the lower end of the cooling seat (3); the cooling seat (3) is provided with a main body (31) having a mounting surface (311), a protrusion (312) extending downwardly beyond the mounting surface (311), a first channel (313) located on one side of the protrusion (312) and a second channel (314) on the other side of the protrusion (312), wherein the first channel (313) is for communicating with a liquid inlet pipe (33); the end shield (4) is sealed to the periphery of the protrusion (312) to form a cooling chamber (317), the cooling chamber (317) communicating said first channel (313) with said second channel (314); and said cooling seat (3) further comprises a liquid outlet chamber (318) that is communicated with said second channel (314) and is used for communicating with a liquid outlet pipe (34). Such design makes the flow direction of the coolant relatively clear, and ensures good heat exchange, thereby providing a better cooling effect.
