Abstract:
A nozzle cleaning device, a scraper blade replacing apparatus, and a scraper blade replacing method. The scraper blade replacing apparatus is configured to replace a scraper blade (100) of the nozzle cleaning device, and comprises a first scraper blade box (21), a second scraper blade box (22), a transfer assembly, and a clamping and conveying mechanism. The first scraper blade box (21) and the second scraper blade box (22) are provided opposite to each other at an interval, the first scraper blade box (21) is configured to store a first scraper blade, and the second scraper blade box (22) is configured to store a second scraper blade; the transfer assembly comprises a first tray (31) and a push assembly, and the first tray (31) is provided between the first scraper blade box (21) and the second scraper blade box (22); the push assembly is configured to push the first scraper blade in the first scraper blade box (21) to the first tray (31), and push the second scraper blade on the first tray (31) into the second scraper blade box (22); the clamping and conveying mechanism is provided between the first tray (31) and the nozzle cleaning device so as to clamp and convey the first scraper blade and the second scraper blade between the first tray (31) and the nozzle cleaning device.
