Abstract:
Provided is a nozzle device which can coat an adhesive on an elastic body and a web. Also provided is an elastic composite material produced using said nozzle device. A nozzle device (1) is provided, from the upstream side to the downstream side in the machine direction (MD), with an upstream block (12), an upstream shim (13), a middle shim (14), a downstream shim (15), and a downstream block (16). A guide groove which supports an elastic body (2) and which is formed from grooves (18a to 18e) is formed on the lower edge (11) of the nozzle. A first path is formed from a first pipe (19), an expansion slit (21) for a web, and a focusing slit (22) for a web. Moreover, a discharge outlet (23) for a web is formed on slit (22). A second path is formed from a second pipe (20), an expansion slit (25) for an elastic body, and a focusing slit (26) for an elastic body. Moreover, a discharge outlet (27) for an elastic body is formed on slit (26). The discharge outlet (27) for an elastic body is formed on the guide groove, and the discharge outlet (23) for a web is positioned between the discharge outlets (27) for an elastic body in the crossing direction (CD).
