Abstract:
A nozzle plate according to the disclosure of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a base 31a having a through hole 8a that serves as a nozzle (an ejection hole 8); and a metal film 31aa that is arranged on at least the inner wall of the through hole 8a of the base 31a. This nozzle plate is also characterized in that: the base 31a is mainly composed of nickel; the metal film 31aa is mainly composed of nickel and palladium; and variation in the palladium content of the metal film 31a on a virtual line A along the interface between the base 31a and the metal film 31aa in a cross-section including the base 31a and the metal film 31aa is 4 atom% or less.
