Abstract:
The present invention relates to an improved nozzle structure of a dispenser allowing an easy vision inspection, wherein the nozzle structure can prevent a shadow from being cast on an application part of an object when a dispenser liquid is applied onto the application part, so as to allow a precise vision inspection using an inspection camera. The nozzle structure of a dispenser (100), which includes a coupling part (200) mounted on the bottom surface of a driving part (100) and a nozzle part (300) coupled to a lower fastening part (221) of the coupling part (200), is characterized in that: a first position fixing means is formed at a fastening part (220) of the coupling part(200) to constantly fix the position of a guidance (320) of the nozzle part (300) coupled to the lower side of the fastening part (220); a second position fixing means is formed at the guidance (320) of the nozzle part (300) to constantly fix the position of a nozzle (330) coupled to the lower side of the guidance (320); and a bent tube (336) protrudes from the tip end of the nozzle (330) to allow a dispenser liquid to be sprayed at a predetermined angle.
