Abstract:
[Problem]
To provide a nozzle-type steam trap with which the flow volume of a drain can be adjusted quickly and easily by means of an external adjustment while an internal space remains sealed.
[Solution]
A nozzle-type steam trap having a nozzle 5 between a drain inlet 11 and a drain outlet 12, and drain chambers 15 and 17 between the nozzle 5 and the outlet 12. The drain chambers 15 and 17 are provided with a needle valve 6 with which the amount of drain inflow from the nozzle 5 or drain discharge to the outlet 12 can be adjusted by means of an external operation. The needle of the needle valve may be configured so as to advance and retract with respect to a drain discharge hole of the nozzle.
