Disclosed is a nozzle, comprising a liquid inlet tube (11) and a nozzle hole (12). The liquid inlet tube (11) comprises: a distal straight tube part (111) having a first liquid inlet (111a) and a liquid outlet (111b); an elbow tube part (112) having two opened ends (112a), one of the ends being communicated with the liquid outlet (111b); and a proximal straight tube part (113) having a second liquid inlet (113a) and a convex seal head (113c). The second liquid inlet (113a) is communicated with the other end of the elbow tube part (112). The nozzle hole (12) is molded in a convex surface of the convex seal head (113c). The liquid inlet tube (11) provides a channel, through which the liquid flows to the nozzle hole (12). When flowing through the convex seal head (113c), the liquid can be in smooth transition to the nozzle hole (12), and the liquid flowing through the nozzle hole (12) is formed into a liquid jet to be jet from the nozzle hole (12). In another example, the nozzle hole (12) is molded at a tube wall of the proximal straight tube part (113), and is spaced apart from the convex seal head (113c) by an interval. Also disclosed are a water jet scalpel, a nozzle molding method, and a water jet scalpel molding method. Smooth transition of a flow channel from an inner tube cavity of a proximal straight tube part to a nozzle hole is achieved in the process of flowing liquid to the nozzle hole, thereby effectively reducing liquid loss.
