Abstract:
The present invention improves, in a simple manner, the durability of a nozzle housed in a valve. A nozzle for spraying water onto a target object, the nozzle comprising a nozzle main body (24) provided with a water conduit, and a valve (25) disposed inside the conduit (24a) of the nozzle main body (24). A coating of diamond-like carbon is formed on at least a portion of the inner surface of the conduit (24a) that includes areas in contact with the valve (25).
