Abstract:
The present invention relates a recombinant NS1 protein derived from yellow fever virus, a monoclonal antibody specifically binding thereto, and a use thereof. The recombinant NS1 protein of the present invention can measure an antibody in a sample specific to the protein with high sensitivity and high accuracy. Also, a kit of the present invention comprising the protein, the antibody specifically binding thereto, and the like can quickly and easily detect an antibody for yellow fever virus in a sample by categorizing the antibody into IgM or IgG and, thereby, can be widely used to check when a yellow fever infection occurred, whether a vaccination is successful, and the like.
