Abstract:
A nuclear magnetic resonance diagnosing device capable of increasing an accessibility of a doctor to a subject by forming a continuous large open space area around an examination table and continuously providing the tomograph of the subject in a space formed between a pair of magnets, comprising the circular examination table (11), the pair of magnets (4) and (5) disposed on the upper and lower sides of the examination table, a column (6) holding at least the magnet disposed on the upper side of the pair of magnets, support devices such as a slide top plate (43) sliding on the examination table (11), a slide top plate supporting means (45) supporting the slide top plate thereon and disposed radially along the periphery of the examination table, and a bed (3) having a slide driving device, wherein the column (6) is so formed that widths (1) of a bridge (34) installed between the column (6) and the examination table and the examination table (11) are made smaller than an examination width (such as the diameter of the examination table) (L) determined by an orthogonal (R') passing through the center of the examination table to a centerline (R) between a gantry (2) and an examination table body (10).
