Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a nuclear power cable for an offshore nuclear power platform, mainly comprising main wire cores, an oxygen barrier, a wrapping layer, and an outer sheath. There are three main wire cores. The three main wire cores have the same structure, and each comprises a wire core conductor, a wire core insulating layer, and a wire core wrapping layer. The wire core conductor is formed by regularly twisting tinned copper wires. The wire core insulating layer is formed by extruding ethylene-propylene rubber or cross-linked polyolefin to cover the wire core conductor and performing irradiation cross-linking after the extrusion for covering. The wire core wrapping layer wraps the wire core insulating layer. The three main wire cores are twisted into a cable. The oxygen barrier is formed by extruding a low-smoke, zero-halogen, and highly flame-retardant material to cover the three main wire cores twisted into a cable. The wrapping layer comprises a first wrapping layer and a second wrapping layer. The first wrapping layer is formed by wrapping the oxygen barrier by a zero-halogen strip, with the wrapping overlapping rate being not less than 30%. The second wrapping layer is formed by wrapping the first wrapping layer by a zero-halogen strip, with the wrapping overlapping rate being not less than 30%. The outer sheath is formed by extruding a cross-linked polyolefin material to cover the wrapping layer, and is irradiated after the extrusion for covering.
