Abstract:
In a method of producing a nucleated molded article by using a double-construction mallet, it is a problem to produce a nucleated molded aritcle, containing in the inner nucleus thereof a large amount of microcapsule-like granules for which expected discharge characteristics and content uniformity are secured, with only the single step of supplying and filling the nuclear portions; a first feature is that the granules are in the form of microcapsule-like granules whose surfaces ornamented with an adherent component, a second feature is that microcapsule-like granules are mixed with granules having the same size as the microcapsule-like granules and having higher moldability than the microcapsule-like granules, a third feature is that use is made of a double-construction mallet consisting of a central mallet and an outer mallet each branching off at its front end into two or more portions, and a fourth feature is that an outer layer molding material supplied to and filled in a mortar is compression-molded in a state in which the upper central mallet projects, so as to produce a cup-shaped molding, into which the microcapsule-like granules are supplied. Further, the invention also relates to a molded article produced by such a method.
