Abstract:
The present invention relates to a nucleic acid amplification test device and a nucleic acid amplification method. The nucleic acid amplification test device includes: a reaction tube fixing module, including a reaction tube fixing support, the reaction tube fixing support being used to fix a reaction tube; and a reaction detection module, including a fixing plate and at least two temperature controlling optical modules, the at least two temperature controlling optical modules being mounted on the fixing plate. The reaction tube fixing support and the temperature controlling optical module are controlled to move vertically relative to each other in a first direction and rotate relative to each other around a rotation axis extending in the first direction, so that the reaction tube fixed to the reaction tube fixing support is selectively inserted into any one of the temperature controlling optical modules. In the aforementioned nucleic acid amplification test device, the temperature controlling optical module and the reaction tube fixing support used to fix the reaction tube rotate relative to each other and move vertically relative to each other, so that the reaction tube can rapidly cyclically switch between different temperature regions formed by the different temperature controlling optical modules so as to perform an amplification reaction, thereby improving detection efficiency of the amplification reaction.
