Abstract:
Provided is a device which can perform multiple kinds of nucleic acid detection protocols in parallel and in which an additional nucleic acid detection protocol for a new sample can be performed arbitrarily even when the nucleic acid detection protocols are being run.
This nucleic acid detection device comprises a thermostat bath (19) which has a vessel-accommodating hole for accommodating a reaction vessel therein, a detector (12a) for detecting fluorescence emitted from the reaction vessel (11a), a gate (16) which is arranged at a part at which the vessel is to be put into the vessel-accommodating hole, and a grip unit (16) for putting the vessel into the vessel-accommodating hole.
