Title:
NUCLEIC ACID ANALYSIS DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/034275
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a nucleic acid analysis device which can decode a long nucleotide sequence in a DNA sequence with a high parallel processing and high accuracy. The nucleotide analysis device according to the present invention is equipped with a flow cell onto which at least two pieces of DNA fragment aggregates each composed of an aggregate of at least two DNA fragments having the identical nucleotide sequence to each other are immobilized and at least a part of which is made from a transparent material, an irradiation section which irradiates a site at which the DNA fragment aggregates are immobilized, a lens which collects fluorescent light, and a light detection element which detects the collected light, said method being characterized in that a solution containing only dATP among four nucleotides each having a fluorescence-modified phosphate group terminal, a solution containing only dCTP among the four nucleotides each having a fluorescence-modified phosphate group terminal, a solution containing only dGTP among the four nucleotides each having a fluorescence-modified phosphate group terminal, a solution containing only dTTP among the four nucleotides each having a fluorescence-modified phosphate group terminal, and a buffer solution for washing the nucleotides are supplied sequentially to the site at which the DNA fragment aggregates are immobilized.
