Abstract:
A nucleic acid aptamer and a use thereof. The nucleic acid aptamer is a nucleic acid aptamer that can specifically recognize bladder tumor cells and can internalize into the bladder tumor cells. The nucleic acid aptamer has good specificity, internalization force, and stability, and can be used as a molecular tool for detecting and marking tumor cells. The nucleic acid aptamer having strong targeting performance can also be used in combination with a drug having a therapeutic effect, and the combination can be directionally applied to tumor cells, improving the treatment effect on the tumor cells, and reducing toxic side effects caused by the poor specificity of existing anti-tumor drugs.
