Abstract:
It is intended to provide a nucleic acid construct by which a mutation can be transferred into a target region of a double-stranded DNA in a cell. To achieve this object, a nucleic acid construct, which comprises a single-stranded DNA having a base sequence derived from a base sequence in the sense strand side region or the antisense strand side region of a target region located in a double-stranded DNA in a cell by deletion, substitution, insertion or addition of one or more bases and having a 90% or more homology with the base sequence of the sense strand side region or the antisense strand side region as described above and another single-stranded DNA containing a base sequence complementary to the base sequence of a part of the single-stranded DNA as described above and having been annealed to the single-stranded DNA as described above, is provided.
