Title:
NUCLEIC ACID DETECTION ELEMENT, AND NUCLEIC ACID DETECTION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/047771
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to solve the problem that existing DNA detection element structures merely show low detection sensitivity and poor heat resistance. A nucleic acid detection element for detecting a nucleic acid having a primer part in a solution, said element at least comprising a substrate, an intermediate layer differing from the substrate, and a layer of a compound capable of binding to the nucleic acid, in this order.
