Abstract:
A novel nucleic acid fluorescent dye, the structural formula of the fluorescent dye being shown in formula I, A- being a chloride ion, a bromide ion, or an iodide ion. By means modifying the structure of the dye, another compound with high sensitivity, good stability, readily available raw materials, simple synthesis, low sequence preference, and small inhibitory effect on PCR is provided.
