Title:
NUCLEIC ACID MOLECULE WHICH ENHANCES ANTITUMOR ACTIVITY OF T CELLS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/061562
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a new chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) molecule containing a DAP10 protein intracellular segment, and a nucleic acid for encoding same, a cell expressing same, and a use thereof in the preparation of a drug for treating tumors. The CAR molecule is achieved by introducing an intracellular segment of DAP10 protein into a conventional second-generation CAR molecule, which activates the T cell DAP10 downstream signaling pathway by means of binding the CAR molecule to a target antigen, so as to enhance the killing effect of the corresponding CART cells on solid tumors in vivo and in vitro, thereby enhancing the ability of the molecule to proliferate and survive.
