Title:
NUCLEIC ACID PROBE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/163345
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a nucleic acid probe, said nucleic acid probe carrying a linker with a preset length having been introduced thereinto and being usable in FISH, etc., by which reactivity with a phosphor aggregate nanoparticle can be improved and highly accurate and highly sensitive detection can be performed. [Solution] A nucleic acid probe, which is bonded to a ligand via at least one kind of linker with a length of 10-100 nm inclusive from among one or more kinds of linkers, is bondable to a phosphor aggregate nanoparticle, to which a bonding material specifically bondable to the ligand is bonded, via the ligand and the bonding material.
