Abstract:
Gene therapy is carried out by efficiently and safely transferring a nucleic acid transporter, which contains a polypeptide comprising diaminobutyric acid and/or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt and a recombinant vector (preferably together with a drug gene), and a drug gene into cells and thus enabling the expression of the drug gene at a high level in the cells.
