Title:
NUCLEIC ACIDS ENCODING POLYPEPTIDES HAVING HALOPEROXIDASE ACTIVITY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO2001079463
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The present invention relates to isolated nucleic acid sequences encoding polypeptides having more than 50 % residual haloperoxidase activity after 15 minutes incubation at 70 degrees centrigrade and pH7. The invention also relates to nucleic acid constructs, vectors, and host cells comprising the nucleic acid sequences.
