Abstract:
[Problem] To improve availability of number portability information used in an ENUM system. [Solution] Each of number management devices 10 of a number management system 1 is provided with: a request acceptance unit 11 which receives a number update request including number portability information; a transaction generation unit 12 which generates a transaction with respect to the received number portability information; a block proposal unit 13 which acquires each of transactions generated in response to a plurality of number update requests to generate a newly proposed block, and transmits the newly proposed block to each of the plurality of number management devices 10; and a block approval unit 14 which approves the proposed block by confirming predetermined normality of the proposed block, and stores the proposed block while linking the proposed block to blocks stored as a block chain in a storage unit.
