Abstract:
A numerical control blade, which comprises a first-stage blade base (5) and a first-stage blade (8), the first-stage blade base (5) comprising: a mounting base (12), a clamping assembly (13), a fastener (14) and an anti-loosening assembly (15); the mounting base (12) comprises a guide base (16), a threaded base (17), a mounting tube (18) and a connecting plate (19), and a mounting groove (20) is formed in a side wall of the mounting tube (18); the clamping assembly (13) comprises a clamping plate (21), a movable plate (22) and a push plate (23); the fastener (14) comprises a first-stage tube body (27), a second-stage tube body (28) and a first-stage anti-loosening moving clamping tooth (29); the anti-loosening assembly (15) comprises a support spring (24), a movable base (25) and a second-stage anti-loosening moving clamping tooth (26); and a cutter handle of the first-stage blade (8) is positioned and clamped by means of the clamping assembly (13). The invention further relates to a numerical control blade replacement system, comprising a turning seat (4), the turning seat (4) having mounted thereon a first-stage telescopic electric cylinder (10) and a second-stage telescopic electric cylinder (11) which are respectively securely connected to the first-stage blade base (5) and a second-stage blade base (6). The invention allows for guaranteeing the positioning stability of the first-stage blade base relative to the first-stage blade, and allows for rotating by driving the turning seat, causing the first-stage blade and a second-stage blade to switch, thereby avoiding blade replacement affecting machining efficiency.
