Abstract:
A numerical-control code download method, apparatus and device. Said method comprises: when detecting that a preset numerical-control code download condition is currently satisfied, a distributed digital control (DNC) system notifying an RFID reader-writer to read an RFID tag of a part at a machine tool numerical-control system's position for parts to be machined (101); the DNC system receiving parts information bound in the RFID tag and read by the RFID reader-writer, and acquiring current process information of the part (102); and the DNC system downloading a numerical-control code according to the material code of the part and the current process information (103). The method above can automatically complete the downloading of a numerical-control code, reducing the dependence on experienced staff during a mechanical part machining process, and improving the accuracy and efficiency of the downloading of the numerical-control code.
