Abstract:

A numerical control device (4) for a machine tool comprises: a primary distribution-pulse calculating unit (18) for calculating primary distribution pulses, in which a moving distance in a first moving direction and a moving distance in a second moving direction contained in a moving command of at least one of a work or a tool are individually distributed for individual predetermined calculation cycles; a secondary distribution-pulse calculating unit (20) for calculating secondary distribution pulses, which are prepared by distributing the primary distribution pulses calculated for the individual predetermined calculation cycles by the primary distribution-pulse calculating unit (18) before and after the corresponding calculation cycles across the corresponding calculation cycles and within the range of a distribution section having an acceleration/deceleration time constant in the corresponding moving direction as a section width and then by accumulating the primary distribution pulses for the individual calculation cycles, individually in the first moving direction and in the second moving direction; and a drive control unit (22) for driving at least one of a tool moving device and a work moving device on the basis of the secondary distribution pulses calculated by the secondary distribution-pulse calculating unit (20).
