Abstract:
A numerical control device has a configuration provided with a collision determination unit (141) for detecting the possibility of the collision of a machine with a region set as a no-entry region, an operation continuation instruction unit (151) for instructing whether or not operation is continued when the possibility of the collision is detected by the collision determination unit (141) and an axis shift is temporarily stopped, a machining information storage unit (12) for storing operation information related to the temporary stop in the numerical control device (1) when an instruction to continue the operation is given by the operation continuation instruction unit (151), and a collision determination processing unit (142) for invalidating the collision determination on the basis of the operation information stored in the machining information storage unit (12) at the next and subsequent execution of the same machining program. Consequently, when the possibility of collision is detected in a region in which machining is actually possible during automatic operation, the collision determination of a detected location of the machining program can be easily invalidated, thereby preventing the stop of automatic operation from occurring too often during the next automatic operation.
