Abstract:
A numerical control device that controls a machine having a main set composed of an X1-axis, a Z1-axis, and a first turret axis, and having a subset composed of an X2-axis, a Z2-axis, and a second turret axis, the main set and the subset being arranged in symmetry with respect to one C-axis; wherein, for controlling the machine, the device is provided with: a synchronous D-cut command processing means (15) for, with respect to each of the main set turret axis and the subset turret axis, selectively specifying a reference side or a synchronous side, setting a synchronous D-cut control mode command for selecting a mode that uses the output of a turret axis of one of the sets to cause the other turret axis to act in a synchronous manner at the same time, and analytically executing the synchronous D-cut control mode command; an X1/Y1/C-axis interpolation means (18) for performing interpolation computing for the main set; an X2/Y2-axis interpolation means (19) for performing interpolation computing for the subset; and an H-axis command selecting means (57) for selecting rotation angle control data of the turret axes and the C-axis from the main set or the subset.
