Abstract:
This numerical control device (1), which controls the driving of a motor on the basis of a machining program (2) in a machine tool provided with a motor that moves a tool for machining a workpiece, has: a position command generation unit (12) that generates a position command (20) for the motor; and a mark command generation unit (11) that generates a mark command (18) for machining a mark indicating that there has been an abnormality in the machining. The mark command generation unit sequentially stores information of the tool motion path resulting from machining, and when an alarm resulting from an abnormality being detected has arisen, generates as a mark command a motion command that moves the tool in the reverse direction from when machining the motion path and that is such that the position of the tool is corrected with respect to the direction of the tool shaft during machining. The position command generation unit generates a position command on the basis of the mark command.
