Abstract:
Provided is a numerical control device, comprising: a program reading unit (3) which reads in a working program (2); an incline setting unit (4) which sets an incline coordinate system (14) for an incline; and an indexing angle generating unit (5) which derives an indexing angle whereat a tool which is used in working the incline is vertical with respect to the incline, and generates a movement instruction (15). The program reading unit outputs an incline setting instruction (11) which directs the setting of the incline coordinate system, an incline indexing instruction (12) which directs the computation of the indexing angle, and a tool selection instruction (13) which directs the selection of one tool among tools with different mounting angles. The incline setting unit sets the incline coordinate system according to the incline setting instruction. The indexing angle generating unit derives the indexing angle according to the incline indexing instruction for the tool which is selected according to the tool selection instruction.
