Abstract:
The invention relates to a numerical control machine tool having a mechanism capable of executing two operations. The numerical control machine tool comprises a machine tool body. An operation execution mechanism and a gantry mechanism are installed at the machine tool body. The operation execution mechanism comprises two execution assemblies arranged in parallel. The execution assembly comprises a workbench movably installed at and movable along a y-axis member. A motorized spindle corresponding to the workbench is installed at the machine tool body. The motorized spindle is movably installed at and movable along a z-axis plate. The z-axis plate is movably installed at and movable along an x-axis member of the gantry mechanism. In the mechanism capable of executing two operations, the respective execution assemblies operate independently, and can simultaneously process workpieces having different shapes. Material loading/unloading and processing operations of the respective workbenches do not interfere with each other upon switching, such that categories of products to be produced and processed can be increased, thereby increasing production efficiency. Moreover, installation of a CCD industrial camera to visually monitor a motorized spindle facilitates increasing processing precision.
