Abstract:
This numerical control device, which controls the feed shaft of a solution machine tool (10), has: a recording unit (92) that divides the range of motion of the feed shaft into a plurality of regions, and pre-records a plurality of control parameters respectively corresponding to the divided plurality of regions; a position detection unit that detects the position of the feed shaft during work machining; a parameter selection unit (90) that, from among the recorded plurality of control parameters, reads a control parameter corresponding to the divided region to which the detected position of the feed shaft during work machining belongs; and a servo control unit (52) that controls the feed shaft using the control parameter that has been read. As a result, it is possible to provide a numerical control method that is of a machine tool and that achieves stable machining precision that does not depend on feed shaft position, and a numerical control device that implements the method.
