Abstract:
A Numerically-controlled piston ring outer circle chamfering machine tool, comprising a machine tool base (1), a rotary rack (2), a placement frame (3), a pushing frame (4), a front tool carrier mechanism, a rear tool carrier mechanism, a positioning mechanism, and a rotary synchronous variable frequency motor (5). The rotary rack (2), the placement frame (3), and the pushing frame (4) are sequentially mounted on the upper surface of the machine tool base (1), the rotary rack (2) is located at the middle, and the pushing frame (4) is located on the right side; a pushing oil cylinder (6) is mounted on the pushing frame (4); a piston ring (7) on the placement frame (3) is pushed into the rotary rack (2); in addition, the rotary rack (2) is transmittingly connected to the rotary synchronous variable frequency motor (5) mounted below the machine tool base by means of a belt (8); the positioning mechanism is mounted on the upper surface of the machine tool base (1) and located right behind the rotary rack (2); the front tool carrier mechanism is located at one side of the positioning mechanism and disposed perpendicular to the positioning mechanism, while the rear tool carrier mechanism is located at the other side of the positioning mechanism and forms an angle of 45 degrees with respect to the positioning mechanism.
