Abstract:

Nursing is managed to enable appropriate nursing. A problem creation assisting section (30) assists a patient in creating an item of a nursing problem in cooperation with a first database (32). A plan making assisting section (34) assists the patient in making a nursing plan by searching a second database (36) according to the created item of the nursing problem. An instructing section (38) issues an instruction to execute a nursing item included in the made nursing plan in cooperation with the third database (40). A communication section (52) outputs the results of the execution of the nursing item to a record section (60) on receiving the results. The nurse enters the evaluation of the results into an operation unit (62), and the entered evaluation is recorded in The record section (60). A managing unit (56) relates items to other corresponding items out of the item of the nursing problem, the nursing item included in the nursing plan, the execution results, and the evaluation stored in the record section (60).
